Syracuse (WSRY-TV) -- The Salvation Army’s Red Kettle campaign has fallen short of its goal this holiday season.
The campaign, which is a major source of funding for the Salvation Army’s Christmas Bureau, along with its food pantry, shelters, daycare and counseling services, was short by $50,000.
The red kettles are no longer set up at malls and stores, but you can make a year-end tax deductible contribution by calling, texting or mailing in your donations.
