Service of prayer, healing and hope for Newtown to be held Friday

Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- An “Interfaith Service of Prayer, Healing and Hope for Newtown and the Nation” has been planned for this Friday.

The service will be held at 9 a.m. at Temple Concord in Syracuse. Temple Concord is located at 910 Madison Street, Syracuse.

Among those scheduled to speak at the service include local faith leaders Rev. William C. Redfield of Trinity Episcopal Church, and Convener of the InterFaith Works Round Table of Faith Leaders; and Rabbi Daniel Fellman, of Temple Concord.

All are welcome to attend the service.
