The first Spirit Award winner in
Central New York, Steven Duncan, a student from CNS, shared his journey of becoming a professional member of the martial arts community. At just 18 years old, he became a member of the World Professional Martial Arts Organization Hall of Fame, located in
New York City.
Duncan studies at the Yin Yang Go Ju Dojo in
