Bob Niedzwiekcki, former director of
the CNY Scholastic Art Awards program, discussed the upcoming showing of winners. The Scholastic Art Awards program program is the largest annual student art competition in the United States. More than 4,500 works of art from 90 junior/senior high schools in 13 Central New York counties take part in the event.
