The CNY Brain Aneurysm Fundraiser, "Melt Away the Mid-winter Blues," is this weekend. Mary Cook, Mary Albanese, and Tom Owens stopped by the studio to chat about the event and the importance of brain aneurysm awareness.
The three main goals of the CNY Brain Aneurysm Awareness Campaign are: to educate the public about brain aneurysms, to help those who have been affected by a brain aneurysm (financially and emotionally), and to fund local research relating to brain aneurysms.
The event will feature dinner, desserts, spirit tastings, entertainment, and a complementary bottle of wine to take home sponsored by Cobblestone Farm and Winery.
