"Changing the Taste of School Lunches" with Chef Dave Fouts

After undergoing weight loss surgery and loosing an incredible amount of weight, Chef Dave Fouts has been inspired to promote healthy school lunches for students across Central New York and across the country. Chef Dave will be talking about schools’ responsibilities to provide healthy lunches for their students on Thursday February 9 at 2pm located in Upstate University Hospital at Community General. "Changing the Taste of School Lunches" is free and open to the public. At 5pm Chef Dave will be switching gears to "Comfort Foods Made Healthy."
