Carl Pesko from Hiscock Legal Aid Society was here today discussing the ever-growing problem of domestic violence. Hiscock is the largest provider of legal representation for victims of domestic violence in Onondaga County. There are over 200 cases yearly and many victims are unfortunately turned away.
