Onondaga Community College students Chris Steinberger and Megan Piechowicz stopped by to tell us about their effort to raise $6,000 on Kickstarter, a website that can help you raise funds for a cause. The money will help them produce a feature length film called
Iris right here in Syracuse.
Iris is about a genius engineer who uses the help of his thief ex-girlfriend to steal technology back from a dangerous group.
If Chris and Megan don't meet their goal of $6,000, the money will be returned to the backers and they won't receive any of the donated funds.
