It’s almost time for the 14th annual Pride of New York Harvest Fest! More than 100 growers and producers from across the State will offer the public the opportunity to taste and purchase the State’s award-winning wines and beers, as well as a wide variety of food products. These will include sauces and marinades, meats, cheese and ice cream, baked goods, honey and maple products, organic offerings and much more. For the past 13 years, the Pride of New York Harvest Fest was held in Albany, NY, and this year it will be held right here in Syracuse! The change in venue to a more centralized location within the State allows more growers and producers to participate. The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14 and from noon to 5 p.m. n Sunday, Nov. 15 at the New York State Fairgrounds in the Horticulture Building. Admission tickets are being sold for $25 at the door and will be valid for only one day (Saturday or Sunday) and include unlimited tastings and one seminar, based on availability.
