Many men and women coming home from serving their country, and decide to head off to college. And schools like Syracuse University are providing tons of services to help them in their academic journey.
SU offers a Veterans Resource Center, a place where student-veterans can go to study, for help, and to spend time with friends and people with a shared experience.
SU is also hosting a series of Veterans Seminars, which are free and open to anyone who wants to attend.
The first seminar in the series is called "Serving Those Who Serve" and will be held on Tuesday, September 25th from 5:30-7pm. The location is SU’s Life Sciences Building and free parking is available at SU's Q4 Lot.
Seminars are also scheduled for October 2nd, 16th, and 23rd, plus November 12th.
