Syracuse Basketball Can It! Initiative

SU students Molly Tarsel and Leah Nussabum have taken President Obama up on his challenge to universities nation wide. Syracuse University and Georgetown are teaming up to fight world hunger in Central New York. Donations for the Food Bank of CNY will be collected at the Syracuse vs. Georgetown men's basketball game in the Carrier Dome on Wednesday, February 8th; at 7 p.m. Fans attending the game are encouraged to bring donations of canned goods, which may be deposited in collection receptacles at the gates upon entry.
