Marshal Nelson and Manny Breland stopped by to talk about the upcoming discussion panel presented by the George and Rebecca Barnes Foundation. They will discuss the history of the African American experience in Syracuse. The Foundation is a non-for profit organization dedicated to restoring and maintaining the mansion at 930 James St. for public events and educational purposes.
