Local author Paul Kocak stopped by to celebrate the heritage of Syracuse's Tipperary Hill by reading an excerpt from his book “Tipp Hill Litanies.” The Tipp Hill Litanies is a tribute in poetry to the Tipperary Hill neighborhood. The book is a personal meditation on memory, identity, character, and place.
