Jake Edwards and Andy Mager stopped by to talk to us about the Two Row Wampum Renewal Campaign. It is a major statewide educational campaign to commemorate the 400th anniversary of the first treaty between the Haudenosaunee and European settlers.
Neighbors of the Onondaga Nation (NOON) is a grassroots organization of Central New Yorkers which recognizes and supports the sovereignty of the traditional government of the Onondaga Nation. A program of the Syracuse Peace Council, NOON promotes understanding of, and respect for, the Onondaga people, history, and culture within the Central New York community, and collaborates with the Onondaga on issues of mutual concern.
