Meghan Muriel of Clay, NY stopped by the Bridge Street set to share what it is like to be the winner of an international writing contest. The just-released anthology, L. Ron Hubbard Presents Writers of the Future Vol. 28 won the 2012 International Book Awards for Short-Story Fiction which is where Meghan's winning story appears. "Writers of the Future" has been spoken of as the "'American Idol' for writers and illustrators." In 2010, Meghan won the L. Ron Hubbard’s Illustrators of the Future Award. Her 2011 Writers of the Future win has now made her the first double-contest winner in back-to-back years.
