Look who’s cooking! Today we were joined by owner of Ale ‘n’ Angus Pub in Syracuse, Matt Beach, who taught us how to cook a dish from their menu: Abby’s Pasta. Here is the recipe:
Abby’s Pasta
1oz sun dried tomatoes
1.5oz artichoke hearts
1oz black olives
1oz peppers
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley
Pinch of fresh garlic
2 cups marinara
5oz boneless chicken
8oz penne pasta
Shredded parmesan cheese
1 French baguette
