Apple Crisp
Chef Jason Lepper from CopperTop Restaurant demonstrated how to make a dish that would be a great Thanksgiving dessert.
Apple Crisp
2 cups frozen sliced apples
2 oz butter (1/2 stick)
2 oz brown sugar
1 tsp cnnamon
Juice from ¼ of a lemon
3 oz graham crackers
Crumb Topping:
2 cups flour
5 oz butter
5 oz brown sugar
In a sauté pan, sauté apple and butter until brown. Add all other ingredients and stir. Place graham cracker crumbs in a pan and place apple mixture over crumbs and place 2 oz. of crumb topping over the top. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
