Baked Macaroni and Cheese
Ingredients:
1 box of medium shell pasta (should be the size of your nail, not too big)
1 brick of Vermont Sharp Cheddar (white)
1 brick of Colby Jack
1 brick of orange sharp cheddar
Butter
Flour
Paprika
Salt and pepper
Garlic
Shallots
Fat Free half and half
Skim Milk
Directions:
Sautee the shallots in butter until they become see through - whisk in flour and cook until it starts to brown - add in the spices and slowly add in the half and half, cook for a few minutes, then add in the skim milk to thin it out. Remove from heat and add in the cheeses. Mix with pasta and put in to coated casserole dish. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes, then broil for the last few to brown the top.
