Blackend Mahi with Asparagus, Black Pepper and Goat Cheese Risotto
1 8oz Mahi steak
1 oz jerk season
4 pieces of sautéed asparagus
4 oz of cooked risotto
1 oz of goat cheese
A dash of fresh ground black pepper
1 oz of oil
2 oz of chicken stock.
Season the Mahi and saute with oil and chicken stock. Combine the risotto, goat cheese and black pepper, and then plate up using the asparagus.
