In the kitchen with Dolce Vita World Bistro
Recipe: Shrimp and scallop pieces sauteed with shallots and garlic tossed with red sauce and fettachini pasta.
Need:
4 16/20 shrimp
3 u10 scallops (chopped)
1/2 shallot (diced)
1 clove of garlic (diced)
1/4 cup of basil
5 oz of cooked fettachini
1oz of asiago cheese
1/2 oz of olive oil
1/2 oz of white wine
3oz of red sauce
Over medium heat add your olive oil into your sautee pan. next add your garlic and shallots, let them simmer until golden brown then add your shrimp and scallops. next add your basil with a pinch of salt and pepper.let them all simmer together for a minute or so then add your white wine to deglaze the pan. then add your red sauce and pasta let all the ingredients simmer together for 2 minutes over medium heat then add your asiago cheese and toss the pasta in the pand and serve on a plate or bowl choice is yours.
