"Italian" Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients
8oz Chicken Breast
1 thin sliced Proscuitto
2 slices Provolone
1 medium Sweet Potato
Brown sugar
Cream Sauce Ingredients
1/4 cup Grated Romano
1/4 cup Gorgonzola
1/4 cup Mozzarella
3/4 cup Heavy Cream
Process
Pound chicken breast, layer prosciutto and provolone cheese. Roll and bake at 450 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes. Remove chicken and pan sear on medium-high heat in oil until outside of chicken is crispy and golden brown.
Mix all cream sauce ingredients in a pan, and bring to a boil. Plate the chicken, and top with the sauce. Use the sweet potato and brown sugar to make mashed potatoes.
