Chicken Kabob "Shish Taook" (Two Skewers)
-You will need: boneless, skinless chicken, tomatoes, green peppers, onions, and garlic sauce.
-First cut the chicken and season it to taste. Place the chicken on a skewer and charbroil. The sliced tomatoes, green peppers, onions go on another skewer; charbroil the vegetable skewer on the grill as well. Once the meat is cooked mix the vegetables in with the meat on a skewer. Place the garlic sauce on the side to dip your kabobs in.
Beef Kabob "Shish Kabob" (Two Skewers)
-You will need: Premium beef sirloin, tomatoes, green peppers, and onions.
-Season the beef to taste and then put it on a skewer and charbroil it on the grill. On another skewer place the sliced vegetable and charbroil it on the grill. Once cooked, place the beef pieces on the skewer with sliced tomatoes, green peppers, and onions.
Kafta Kabob (Two Skewers)
-You will need: ground beef sirloin, onions, parsley, and other desired spices.
-Grind the onions, parsley, and any spices you wish to include into the beef sirloin. Place the beef on the skewer and charbroil it on the grill.
