Panko Crusted Shrimp & Jalepano and Sweet Corn Salsa
Chef Anthony from North Syracuse's Basil Leaf Ristorante shares his recipe for pan seared panko crusted shrimp over a jalepano and sweet corn salsa. Enjoy!
5 U10/12 Shrimp
1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1 Egg
1/4 Heavy Cream
Sear in pan until cooked through.
1 Corn on Cob (shave kernels off)
1 Jalepano diced fine
1 Beef Stake Tomato (diced fine)
1/2 Cup Cilantro
1/4 Cup diced red onion
1 TSP Garlic, Salt, Pepper and Lime Juice.
Mix all ingredients together.
Place the pan seared shrimp on top of the salsa, and serve.
