Lasagna
1 lbs Ground beef/ Veal/ Pork Sausage mix
6 cups tomato sauce
4 cups Ricotta cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
2 cups hand grated Romano cheese
4 eggs
4 lbs dry lasagna noodles
1. In a heavy bottom pot brown beef/veal/pork sausage mix n tomato sauce
2. In a separate bowl mix eggs, Romano, Ricotta. Pre cook noodles to aldente.
3. Layer: sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture until all items are gone.
Cover and bake at 325 in a conventional oven for 2 hours.
