Seared Mako Shark

Ingredients:
• 7 ounce Mako filet
• Olive oil
• Salt & pepper
• Cherry tomatoes
• Green & black olives
• Garlic
1. Lightly season Mako filet with salt & pepper (additional herbs & spices as desired)
2. Sear seasoned filet in olive oil until tender; do not overcook
3. Slice cherry tomatoes into halves, sautée in pan with black olives, green olives & garlic
4. Top warm Mako filet with tomato & olive blend
5. Serve hot & enjoy!
