Simple Summer Drinks

Dietitian Molly Morgan showed us how to make some delicious summer drinks with health benefits!

BERRY BLAST:

1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup frozen berries
1 tablespoon honey (adds about 60 calories and 16 grams of sugar)
1 tablespoon flax oil
splash of milk

Mix in blender until smooth.


Green Monster:

1 peeled kiwi
1 frozen banana
1 scoop greens
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon honey (adds about 60 calories and 16 grams of sugar)
splash of milk

Mix in blender until smooth.


Mango Iced Tea Lemonade:

1 gallon of water
1 cup of lemon juice
1 cup (or less) sugar

Fill half the glass with lemonade, the half with plain iced tea, and top off with a little bit of mango juice.  Mix in blender until smooth.
