1 12oz Ribeye in Asian marinade
4oz of fresh vegetables (whatever you like)
3oz of rice noodle
1/2 oz of fresh garlic
1/2 oz of sesame oil
This recipe can be changed anyway you like. The restaurant uses a marinade for the steak then slaps it on the grill to get a nice char, then puts it in the oven at 400 degrees for 3 minutes. For the vegetables, you are going to sauté them with the sesame oil and garlic. You can make a homemade Szechuan sauce or you can buy one at a store. Just add 2oz of that sauce to the vegetables along with the cooked rice noodles.
