Drumlins Executive Chef Don Cleveland stopped by "Bridge Street" to make a dish utilizing a fall favorite: pumpkin!
Sweet Pumpkin Dip
Ingredients:
-Cream cheese, softened (2 8-oz. packages will yield 5 cups)
-1 can of canned pumpkin
-2 cups powdered sugar
-1 teaspoon or so of ground cinnamon
Method:
1) Beat cream cheese & pumpkin in large bowl until smooth
2) Combine cinnamon & powdered sugar
3) Mix all ingredients thoroughly
4) Slice fruit, toasted baguette topped with cinnamon & nutmeg, graham crackers or preferred dipping choice
