TUNA FISH MEATBALLS

Ingredients for 10-12 tuna meatballs:
6oz of tuna fish in olive oil (or water)
2 slices of bread
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 teaspoon of chopped onions
2 teaspoons chives
Flour
Oil (half vegetable half olive oil)
Salt, pepper and parsley to taste
3 cups of tomato sauce

Cube and soak the bread in milk for few minute and then squeeze it. Place the drained tuna in a bowl with the bread squeezed, chives, chopped onions salt, pepper and egg.  Miix well to form a smooth mixture and make your tuna meatball, then roll them in flour. Fry the tuna meatballs turning them from time to time until golden.  Remove from the pan and place them on paper towels. In another pan, place the tomato sauce and put in the tuna meatballs.  Let them simmer for 10 minutes and then serve!
