Here is the recipe for the Tuscan Shrimp Salad
1/2 cup Cooked Shrimp-Cut up
16 oz. White Cannelini Beans-Rinsed
1/4 cup Green Pepper-Chopped
1/4 cup Roasted Red Pepper-Chopped
1/4 cup Red Onion-Chopped
1/2 cup Tomatoes-Cut up
1/4 cup Kalamata Olives-Chopped
1/4 cup Crispy Bacon-Chopped
1/4 cup Garlic-Chopped
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Add salt, pepper, parsley, and basil to taste
Mix all ingredients together leaving the bacon for last.
