5 16/20 shrimp
1 tbls ancho chilli spice
4oz of ground chorizo
3oz of fresh spinach
1tsp of fresh garlic
1tbls of fresh cilantro
1/2oz of tequila
½ fresh lime
3oz of heavy cream
4oz of penne pasta
TO MAKE:
In a hot skillet with oil, sautee your chorizo, spinach and ancho dusted shrimp until tender. Next add your chopped garlic and sautee until golden brown then add your tequila .Be sure to let the alcohol burn off. Next add your heavy cream and pasta then simmer so the sauce tightens up. Finish up with cilantro and the fresh squeezed lime to give it that pop.
