Buffalo Chicken Salad

1 lb Lemon Garlic Marinated Boneless Chicken Thighs
2 cups thinly sliced celery
1 pkg (10 oz) Bolthouse Farms Premium Matchstix Carrots
1/2 of 16 oz pkg Food You Feel Good About Cleaned & Cut Radishes, sliced
1 jar (3 oz) Food You Feel Good About Peeled Shallots, minced
6 Tbsp Buttermilk Blue Cheese (Cheese Shop)
1/2 cup Food You Feel Good About Blue Cheese Yogurt Dressing (Produce Dept)
1/2 cup Wegmans Buffalo Style Hot & Tangy Wing Sauce
1 head iceberg lettuce, cored, cut into 6 wedges

Preheat grill on MEDIUM-HIGH 10 min.

1.Clean grill with wire brush. Using soft cloth, coat grill grate lightly with vegetable oil.

2.Sear chicken on grill 2-3 min, until it has changed color one-quarter of the way up from bottom. Turn over; sear 2-3 min. Reduce heat to MEDIUM; close lid.

3.Cook chicken 8-10 min, or until internal temp reaches 165 degrees; check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of chicken. Transfer chicken to clean platter; let rest.

4.Toss together celery, carrots, radishes, shallots, blue cheese, and dressing in a large bowl. Set aside.

5.Slice chicken; toss with wing sauce. Set aside.

6.Center lettuce on serving plates; top with blue cheese and chicken mixtures.
