Directions:

5. Arrange clambake nicely in deep platter. Strain broth through cheesecloth and ladle over top of the clams. Serve immediately with melted butter. Garnish dish with additional lemon slices and chopped parsley if desired. clams (on top of potatoes). Cover pot; steam until clams have opened, about 10 min. Discard any shells that have not opened.
  The corn around potatoes along outside edge of the insert (standing on end). Sprinkle remaining 1 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning evenly over corn and potatoes. Season with fresh cracked black pepper to taste. Cover pot; steam 10 more min.

Add two 1-1/4 lbs live Maine lobsters to this recipe. Follow Step #1 and #2. In Step #3, add lobsters with corn. Steam until fully cooked, about 10 min. Remove lobsters; set aside. Add clams to pot; steam until opened. Add reserved lobsters back to pot, just to warm, 1-2 min. Follow Step # 5. (You'll need nut or claw crackers for lobster.)
steamer insert from pot; add water, wine, lemon, thyme and 1 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning to bottom of pot. Replace steamer insert; cover steamer bottom with potatoes.
