Grilled Honey Mustard Pork Tenderloin

Grilled Honey-Mustard Pork Tenderloin

1   (about 1 lb) Wegmans Honey-Mustard Marinated Pork Tenderloin
3   Tbsp Wegmans Basting Oil


Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min.

Clean grill with wire brush. Using soft cloth, coat grill grate lightly with vegetable oil.
 
Drizzle all sides with basting oil (too much oil will cause flare-ups on the grill).
 
Sear pork on grill 2-4 min, until meat has changed color one-quarter of the way up from bottom. Turn over; baste (brush seared side with basting oil). Sear 2-3 min. Turn over; baste. Turn over again; baste. Reduce heat to LOW; close cover.
 
Cook 8-10 min, until internal temp reaches 145 degrees; check by inserting thermometer into thickest part of pork.
 
Transfer to clean platter. Let rest 5-10 min.


Grilled Corn on the Cob

4   ears corn, shucked
2   Tbsp Wegmans Basting Oil
Salt to taste

Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min.
Clean grill with wire brush. Using soft cloth, coat grill grate lightly with vegetable oil. Reduce heat to MEDIUM.
 
Drizzle corn with basting oil. Grill, turning often, 8-10 min. Season to taste with salt.


Southwestern Fruit Salad

1/2   fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, 1-inch dice
1/2   cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, 1-inch dice
1   tomato, 1-inch dice
2   Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1/4   cup Wegmans Caribbean Sauce (International Foods)
 

Combine pineapple, cantaloupe, tomato, cilantro, and sauce in large bowl. Mix well; chill.
