Braised Barbecue Pork Spareribs
1 rack Wegmans Center Cut Pork Spareribs (about 2 1/2 lbs), halved
1 Tbsp Wegmans Barbecue Seasoning
1 bottle (19 oz) Wegmans Memphis-Style BBQ Sauce
1 bottle (12 oz) lager-style beer
You'll Need: Braising pan, aluminum foil
Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Clean grill with wire brush. Using soft cloth, coat grill grate lightly with vegetable oil.
Season both sides of ribs with barbecue seasoning. Sear on grill 3-4 min per side; do not cook through. Transfer ribs to braising pan.
Whisk BBQ sauce and beer together in bowl until well-blended; pour over ribs in pan. Cover pan tightly with foil; place in oven.
Bake 2 1/2-3 hours. Carefully remove foil; bake 10 additional min.
Cedar-Plank Salmon with Brown Sugar and Cracked Pepper Blend
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each), skinned
1 Tbsp dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp Wegmans Cracked Pepper Blend
You'll Need: Cedar plank, soaked 1 hour in water
Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min.
Combine brown sugar and cracked pepper together in small bowl; mix well.
Clean grill with wire brush.
Arrange salmon on plank; rub brown sugar mixture evenly over fillets.
Place plank with salmon on grill; close cover. Reduce heat to MEDIUM; cook salmon 12-15 min,
Zucchini & Corn Cakes

3 medium (1 1/2 lbs) zucchini, cored, seeded, shredded (about 5 cups)
2 ears of corn, shucked, kernels removed (about 2 cups)
2 green onions, trimmed, chopped
2 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano
1 cup Hime Tempura Batter Mix (or 1 1/2 cups Bisquick)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Wegmans Large Eggs
1/4 cup water
3 Tbsp Wegmans Vegetable Oil, divided
You'll Need: Box grater
Blend zucchini, corn, onions, oregano, tempura batter, salt, pepper, eggs, and water in large bowl until well-mixed.
Heat 1 Tbsp vegetable oil in large skillet or griddle on MEDIUM until oil faintly smokes.
Drop 1/2 cup batter onto large skillet and spread to form 3 to 4-inch pancake with back of spoon. Make 3 more pancakes. Cook about 3 min on first side, until golden-brown. Turn over; cook 2 min. Transfer to serving plate; keep warm.
Add 1 Tbsp oil before each new batch of pancakes. Repeat step 3 until all batter is used
