Housemade Veggie Burger
- 1 lb rinsed black beans
- 3 oz. finely chopped pablano peppers
- 2 oz finely diced red onion
- 1 tbl. chili powder
- 1 tbl cumin
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs
Rinse black beans and pat dry with a towel. With gloved hands, mash the black beans.
Add all other items and let it stand for 10 minutes. Form into patties and grill, fry or broil. Enjoy!
