Jim grew up in East Syracuse and is a graduate of the nationally-recognized meteorology program at Penn State University. He has forecasted the changeable weather in the Northeast for 15 years. His StormTeam forecasts are approved by the American Meteorological Society. Jim’s on duty all weekend long on NewsChannel 9. He’ll help you make the most of your weekend activities. Like the rest of the Storm Team, Jim visits dozens of Central New York schools every year as part of the Storm Team Academy and he is also a board member of the local Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
