CAREER CONNECTIONS RETURNS MARCH 9th
The third Career Connections is set for Tuesday, March 9th, 8:30am-5:00pm, at the at the Pirro Convention Center at Oncenter in Downtown Syracuse.
Career Connections is much more than a job fair. It's a comprehensive day of workshops, job-seeking services, employee recruitment, and more... all in one place. Thousands of Central New Yorkers attended the first two Career Connections events, held in 2009.
The event will include nearly 50 workshops on topics including: Coping with Job Loss; Evaluating Transferable Skills; Selecting Educational Programs for Adult Learners; Managing Financial Obligations with Fewer Resources; Interviewing for New Jobs; Tuition Assistance Programs; plus programs on Careers in Construction, Engineering, Health Care, Technology, Small Business and more. (Line-up subject to change.)
