Have picky eaters? To get them to try new foods, encourage them to help you with the preparation. The more involved they are, the more likely they are to warm up to new flavors.
Get the kids doing small kitchen tasks like rolling dough and chopping veggies (supervised!). Start small and see what they are comfortable with. For the main meal, pick easy dishes like a paella.
Kids also enjoy baking. They can help measure ingredients and decorate the finished product.
