Coffee good for the heart?
Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- Sipping your daily cups of coffee will help boost your morning energy, but did you know it could also benefit your heart?
A new study by the American Heart Association suggests that drinking two eight ounce cups of coffee per day gives you an 11 percent lower risk of developing heart failure. That’s compared to people who don’t drink any at all.
However, they do say drinking four cups per day seems to weaken the protection and five cups or more could actually harm you.
