East Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - Most of us think of memory loss as the first sign of Alzheimer's Disease. But did you know that confusion about money is one of the earliest signs?

Dementia experts say one of the very fist signs of impending dementia is the inability to understand money and credit. So if an older family memory is suddenly having trouble paying bills and handling money, it's something that should be brought to the doctor's attention.
