Got just ten minutes to make dinner? In this Food for Thought, how to make a healthy side dish in just 90 seconds.

We talked a couple of weeks ago about how barley and quinoa are super healthy carbs -- much better than white rice or pasta.

Well, seeds of change can give you that organic goodness with fabulous flavor and just a fraction of the sodium you'd get in most seasoned rice mixes.

Take Tigris, a mixture of organic brown rice, barley, rye, bulgur quinoa and wild rice.  It's high in protein and low in sodium and calories.

Or try the Uyuni quinoa and whole grain brown rice -- same protein, a little higher in sodium, and a great garlic flavor.

Or for a spanish flavor, try the Arroz Hispanoila Carribean red beans and brown rice.

All you do is squeeze the pouch, tear to vent and microwave for 90 seconds.  We got these products in the health food section at Wegmans.
