Food for Thought: 50-calorie snacks

We've all tried the 100-calorie snack packs, but in this Food For Thought, some 50-calorie snack ideas that can help satisfy your hunger while you're trying to lose weight.

Slice a small red pepper and dip it into one and a half tablespoons of hummus.  There's protein in the hummus, and that will fill you up.

If you want something crunchy, you can have 20 thin pretzels with some Dijon mustard for dipping.

If you have a sweet tooth, seven strawberries with a couple of tablespoons of Cool Whip for dipping.

Or, try an Edy's Pure Fruit Bar.
