In Pulaski, Dr. Carguello is seeing a ton of flu right now, along with fifth disease, which is commonly known as slapped cheek. It’s caused by a virus that starts with a rash on the face and the next day spreads to the arms and legs.

In Auburn, flu is going around. They’re also seeing viral and strep throats, sinus, and ear infections, and allergy symptoms.
