Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- If your allergies are making you miserable, you’re not alone.
Doctor Terasaka in Cicero says allergies are causing pink eye and sinusitis. He’s also seeing fifth disease, coxsackie virus and rashes.
In Fayetteville, allergies are also the thing right now. Living Proof Longevity Center says people are sneezing. Their eyes are itching and they have a dry cough. Other people are testing positive for strep throat.
In Syracuse, strep throat is what’s going around. Brighton Hill Pediatrics says other children have a sore throat and a headache, but it’s a virus, not strep. They’re also seeing a few cases of the flu.
There’s still some flu going around in Pulaski, but Dr. Carguello says it’s tapered off a lot from last week.
In Liverpool, Dr. Dracker says the stomach bug is going around. He’s also treating allergy symptoms.
In Fulton, the Urgent Care checks in with an upper respiratory infection, strep throat and people are coming in for rabies shots after being exposed to bats.
And in Auburn, doctors are seeing allergies, sore throats, both strep and viral, as well as sinusitis.
