Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- If your child is complaining of a sore throat, that's what's going around.

Let's start with doctors in Cicero. Dr. Terasaka says there is a virus going around with a sore throat and fever. He's also seeing pink eye and allergies.

In Camillus, Dr. Rovall is also seeing the same virus with sore throat and fever. The stomach bug is also going around and lots of children have rashes, some are poison ivy, others are viral.

Brighton Hill Pediatrics in Syracuse has seen the same sore throat and fever virus. They're also seeing children who've found ticks on their bodies and some ear aches.

In Auburn, the sore throat is also going around. Doctors are also seeing the stomach bug and coxsackie virus.

And In Pulaski, the stomach bug and pink eye are going around.

What's Going Around is our way of letting you know what illnesses are out there. Your own doctor can tell about the best treatments.
