Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - Why do paper cuts hurt so much? Did you know it's not the size of the cut that makes it hurt, it's the location.

Doctors say the tiniest injuries - from paper cuts to stubbing a pinky toe - can bring the biggest pain. It's all about where the nerves are, and fingertips and toes are highly saturated with nerve endings.
