It used to be Syracuse dominated its series with Cincinnati but the roles have been reversed in recent years with Greg Robinson as head coach. The Orange went 0-4 against the Bearcats losing the games by a combined 61 points. Cincy will come to town on Saturday ranked #5 in the AP poll although their quarterback situation is still up in the air.

Well, with 4 starters returning and a solid class of freshmen recruits, Coach Q has reason to belive this could be a very good season for the SU Women, and apparently, he's not the only one who belives. The Big East coaches poll was released this morning at media day in New York, and Syracuse checks in 7tyh, which would make the Orange a borderline NCAA Tournament team.

SU was picked to finish 6th Wednesday morning in the annual coaches poll at Big East Media Day down in New York. That's two spots higher than where the Orange were picked to finish last season. Villanova has been tabbed the team to beat.
