Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - Some Hollywood actors are paid millions of dollars just to see their films bomb at the box office, while others are the exact opposite.
They're still well paid, but not at the expense of a project's budget. Forbes magazine developed a List of the top bargains among actors. The magazine compared how much they're paid in proportion to how much profit their films yield. In the case of Cate Blanchett, for example, she made $1 for every $27 her recent films generated.
