Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - New York State offers some of the best fall foliage across the country. America's Best Online has compiled a list of some of the other prime locations for viewing fall foliage:

5.) White Mountains Trail - New Hampshire
4.) The North Cascades - State of Washington
3.) Lake Champlain - New York and Vermont
2.) The Great Smoky Mountains Park - Tennessee
1.) The Mohawk Trail - Massachusetts
